World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Survey 2026

Australian Industry Group is working with the World Economic Forum to ensure the perspective of large Australian employers is represented in the Future of Jobs Report 2026. 

We are inviting a small number of organisations (500+ employees) to contribute. 

What you’ll contribute 

The survey explores how organisations are preparing for: 

• workforce and job changes 
• emerging and declining skills 
• business transformation through to 2032 
  
  

What you’ll get in return 

Participating organisations receive early access to: 

• expected job growth and decline 
• skills demand and disruption 
• how global peers are adapting workforce strategies 

These insights can directly support workforce planning and executive decision-making.

This work forms part of the World Economic Forum’s global research on jobs, skills and workforce transformation. 

Input from Australian employers will also inform Australian Industry Group’s engagement with government and the education and training sector.
