The Australian Industry Group Centre for Education and Training is proud to partner with the World Economic Forum for a third time to deliver the Future of Jobs Survey in 2026, which will inform the Future of Jobs Report 2027.
This biennial report explores the dynamics of work and the global labour market informed by the world’s leading companies.
The survey captures how employers are preparing for changes in jobs, skills and workforce strategies through to 2032. It focuses on the impact of technology, geoeconomic uncertainty and broader socioeconomic shifts on the labour market, both globally and within Australia.
The survey also gives participating organisations access to selected findings from the survey, offering useful benchmarks on how employers across countries and industries are preparing for job growth and decline, skills disruption, hiring challenges and changing workforce practices.
The Centre will very shortly be sending out invitations to eligible organisations to participate in the survey.
The survey will end in mid-July with a full report due in late 2026.
You can view a copy of the Future of Jobs Report 2025 here, which also includes a snapshot of global drivers of jobs transformation and impact on skills, as well as an Australian benchmark summary.
